Serves 4-5
Keep refrigerated
Best for use within 3 days, or freeze upon pickup
Ingredients: Unbleached AP flour, Eggs, Olive Oil

Cooking Directions:
Bring a pot of well-salted water to a rolling boil.
Drop in noodles and boil until al dente (about 2 minutes if fresh, a little longer if frozen)
Pairs well with my ragu or pesto sauce, or just butter and freshly grated parmesan cheese!
